After the completion of fiberglass grating production, there are generally several forms. Unprocessed, natural crescent shaped fiberglass grating; Sanded fiberglass grating with added sand treatment; Double flat fiberglass grating that has been ground flat. The specific treatment of fiberglass grating needs to be based on the specific situation. If anti slip treatment is required, natural crescent surface and Gaza treatment can be used. If the requirements are not high, a polishing machine can be used for polishing treatment to achieve a beautiful appearance.

Crescent surface fiberglass grating:

When making fiberglass grilles, manual squeezing is required, so after the production is completed, one side of the fiberglass grille is flat (i.e. the bottom surface), and the other side is the crescent shape caused by squeezing. When commonly used as artificial walkways, fiberglass grilles do not require any processing, and their crescent surface is a good anti slip measure with high safety.

Sand faced fiberglass grating:

Generally, customers need to make a reservation in advance when they need sanded fiberglass grilles, as the finished fiberglass grilles cannot undergo sand treatment anymore, but rather sand treatment during the production process. Compared with the crescent shaped fiberglass grating, the sand treated fiberglass grating is more wear-resistant. The anti slip effect of the crescent shaped fiberglass grating is only suitable for artificial walkways. If it is used for automobiles, mechanical equipment, large heavy objects, etc., a frosted fiberglass grating plate is more suitable. Once the crescent surface is ground flat, it loses its anti slip function, while the frosted fiberglass grille is different. Sand is added during production and deeply embedded in the grille plate, which has a good anti slip effect.

Double flat fiberglass grating:

Double flat fiberglass grilles are generally used in situations that do not require manual or machine walking, such as fiberglass grating ceilings, fiberglass grating operation platforms, fiberglass grating guardrails, fiberglass grating walls, and so on. Because in these occasions, the overall aesthetics are required, the fiberglass grating will be processed by a polishing machine to produce a double-sided grating plate.
