FRP continuous winding pipe is a new type of composite pipe composed of glass fiber, unsaturated polyester resin and quartz sand filler. The pipe wall structure from the inside to the outside is: inner lining layer, inner winding layer, resin mortar layer, outer winding layer, and outer protective layer. The inner lining layer can play a good role in anti-corrosion and anti-seepage. The winding layer and the resin mortar layer are responsible for the strength and rigidity of the pipeline, and the outer protective layer plays the role of anti-aging and anti-corrosion. The continuous winding process is to first wind the long-fiber glass filament on the mold radially and continuously at a certain oblique angle, and then add chopped yarn, quartz sand, polyester resin, etc., and distribute them to the appropriate position of the mold. Wrap a layer of polyester surface felt. After the above process is completed, the pipeline is moved to the curing position for continuous curing, and then cut and polished on-line as required to produce a pipe section of the required length.
