The difference between wet molding and dry molding

Wet forming: In a single bonding process on the mold, the bonding strength between the honeycomb and the panel is high, but the appearance quality of the product is poor, making it difficult to control the production process. Suitable for products with irregular structures such as spherical surfaces and shells.
 Dry molding: The surface of the product is smooth and even, and each process can be inspected in a timely manner during the production process. The product quality is easy to ensure, but the production cycle is long.

Anti slip and wear-resistant treatment: When making fiberglass grating cover plates, anti slip and wear-resistant treatment will be applied, making their performance far superior to general metal, wood, and plastic cover plates.
 Selection of adhesive: According to the usage conditions of the sandwich structure, epoxy resin, unsaturated polyester resin, phenolic resin, etc. can be selected. When making honeycomb adhesive strips, epoxy resin, modified phenolic resin, etc. are generally used.
 Layered pasting: divided into wet and dry methods. The wet laying layer uses pre impregnated fabric as the raw material, which is heated and softened before tightly adhering to the mold; The dry laying method directly uses pre impregnated material (cloth) to cut and lay the layer according to the template.
 Workplace and environment: The workplace should be clean, dry, well ventilated, and the air temperature should be maintained between 15-35 ℃. The post-processing and renovation section should be equipped with exhaust, dust removal, and water spraying devices.
