Fiberglass grating adopts a molding process, using glass fiber, unsaturated polyester resin, ink, and fillers as the main raw materials to produce fiberglass grating products. It has high load-bearing capacity, corrosion resistance, and oxidation resistance. Because it looks like a grating, it has good drainage performance and a certain degree of anti slip performance. Therefore, fiberglass grating is the new generation of gutter cover plate and gutter drainage plate.

So, how should we build trench covers or footstools?

(1) Dig a well-designed ditch first

(2) Rectangular grooves will be made into horizontal or vertical supports (the distance between supports should be between 350-400 millimeters). We say that the bearing capacity is the bearing capacity under specific circumstances. When laying fiberglass grilles, support beams should be installed below, and we generally recommend a spacing of 30-40 centimeters between support beams. This is beneficial for the service life and safety of fiberglass grilles. It does not mean that the gap cannot exceed 40 centimeters, but rather that it is more appropriate within this reasonable range.

(3) Simply lay the grid flat in the trench

Regarding the drainage pipe rack of the car wash yard: The car wash yard generally uses fiberglass grilles from 38 car wash yards. The station first needs to do a good job in drainage, and the bracket can be built with cement walls or two brick walls with a spacing of 30 cm on four sides. If the spacing is too large, please choose a grid of 50 * 50 * 50. The size of the parking space floor is 30cm from the middle to the middle of the load-bearing beam, with a width of about 10cm, a length of self determined, and a height of about 7cm. Remove a brick within a 1.2m beam spacing and reserve water flow for the gap.

The size of the fiberglass grating after demolding from the mold is usually used for the entire board, with dimensions of 1.22 * 3.66 meters, 1.22 * 2.44 meters, and 1 * 4.04 meters. This is a commonly used format, and less commonly used dimensions require customization or cutting.
