Fiberglass grilles have been widely used in various fields over time, and have become well-known to us. In our eyes, fiberglass grilles are simply a footrest (known as floor grilles)

But we may not be familiar with the process of fiberglass grating. 80% of its production is done manually. Below, I will explain its production process:

Preparation - Prepare the materials used for preliminary production, including unsaturated resin, talcum powder, color paste, curing agent, and accelerator in a certain proportion;

Stirring - Put the prepared unsaturated resin, talcum powder, and color paste into a tank for stirring (don't be afraid of wasting time, be sure to stir evenly at this time);

Pouring mold - At this point, the already mixed material (weighed according to different specifications and weights) is poured into the edge of the grinding tool (note that it is not poured directly, but also the curing agent and accelerator we have prepared), and the worker evenly spreads the material onto the edge of each grid;

Smooth wire - glass fiber, known as ribs on the grille, plays a crucial role in linking all materials together and supporting thousands of pounds of weight. Workers need to thread each thread horizontally and vertically on each small grid, and according to different standards, they need to divide it into several layers or even more than ten layers (workers need to bend their waist continuously for more than 30 minutes on a grid board);

Heating - After the above process is completed, you can wait for the grinding tool to heat and solidify before molding.
