The technical indicators of geogrids should meet the design requirements. When laying, the surface of the soil layer should be flat and there should be no hard protrusions such as fragments or stones. When laying, there should be no wrinkles on the surface of the Wuxi geogrid. It should be manually tightened and fixed to the surface of the fill layer by inserting nails or other methods.

The steel plastic grilles should be firmly connected, and the strength at the connection point in the direction of force should not be lower than the design tensile strength of the material. The overlapping length should not be less than 30cm. The horizontal overlap length should not be less than 30cm, and the vertical reverse overlap length should not be less than 50cm. When laying double layers, the joints of the upper and lower layers should be staggered from each other, and the staggered distance should not be less than 50cm.

After the geogrid is laid, materials should be filled in a timely manner to avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight. Light bulldozers or front loaders should be used for soil filling, and vehicles are not allowed to drive on unfilled geogrids.
