Fiberglass special paint, self drying type, two component, needs to be customized according to the density of fiberglass. However, basic fiberglass paint is commonly used, which has good adhesion and is not easy to fall off. It is not cost-effective to use high-grade automotive paint. If applied in wind power generation, a special formula [resistant to wind and sand or salt alkali] is also required.

However, for some factories that use a lot of UV varnish, it is recommended to use it. The characteristics are convenient construction, short construction period, fast packaging, less electricity consumption, high paint hardness, and the need for UV curing production lines in areas with poor quality.

Another option is to use PU two-component varnish, which eliminates the need for UV curing on the production line. However, the baking time is a bit long, and the best packaging time is the next day because most PU paints have the problem of post curing, which can accidentally contaminate the packaging material and cause defects. Of course, the hardness of current PU paints is also high, but the quotation is much higher!
