1. Due to its low density and light raw materials, installing fiberglass grilles in areas with high groundwater levels is highly prone to floating pipes. Therefore, it is necessary to consider anti floating measures such as installing anchor blocks or guiding rainwater runoff.

2. In the construction of opening tees on the installed fiberglass grating and repairing pipeline cracks, it is required to have completely dry conditions similar to those in the factory, and the resin and fiber cloth used during construction need 7-8 hours to solidify. However, on-site construction and repair are generally difficult to meet this requirement.

3. The existing underground pipeline exploration equipment mainly focuses on exploring metal pipelines, while non-metal pipeline exploration instruments are expensive. Therefore, after the fiberglass grating is buried underground, it is now impossible to explore, and other subsequent construction units are prone to digging and damaging pipelines during construction.

4. Fiberglass grating has poor UV protection ability. Nowadays, exposed fiberglass grilles are delayed in aging by manufacturing a 0.5mm thick resin rich layer and UV absorber (processed in the factory) on their surface. With the passage of operating time, the rich resin layer and UV absorber will be damaged, which will affect their service life.
