The fiberglass door and window extruded profiles have a part called the auxiliary part, which mainly consists of three equipment components, each with its own characteristics and functions.

The primary components of the auxiliary machinery for fiberglass door and window extrusion profiles are:

1、 Felt cutting machine:

The width of the outer felt and grid felt is generally 1000mm. Due to the different sizes and varieties of felt sheets required for fiberglass door and window profiles, the entire roll of felt can be cut into the required small rolls. Generally, the diameter of the cut felt roll should not exceed 300mm.

The felt cutting machine must have outstanding unwinding and rewinding equipment.

2、 High speed dispersing mixer:

The unsaturated polyester resin adhesive required for fiberglass door and window profiles is often used in various fillers and additives during equipment. The high-speed dispersing machine evenly mixes these fillers, curing agents, and additives together.

3、 Other testing instruments:

The testing instruments required for the extrusion process mainly include:

Resin viscosity tester, curing rate tester, mechanical performance tester, analytical balance, oven, etc.

These instruments can determine the required amount of filler, curing dose, and extrusion process parameters for equipment resin adhesive by measuring the viscosity of the resin, the moisture content of fillers, glass fibers, and their products.
