Fiberglass square tubes are a type of extruded fiberglass profiles that can customize colors according to customer requirements and improve the environment of production sites. Nowadays, fiberglass square tubes are widely used in fields such as chemical industry, electricity, seawater feeding, pharmaceuticals, water treatment, food, desulfurization and environmental protection.

The detailed features are as follows:

(1) Strong corrosion resistance: After soaking in a 3% HCI aqueous solution for 24 hours, the hardness preservation rate of the extruded profile is 95%. After soaking in a 3% NaCl aqueous solution for 24 hours, the hardness preservation rate was 89%.

(2) Low thermal insulation coefficient: The heat transfer coefficient of extruded profiles is close to that of rigid PVC, and the thermal insulation coefficient of single frame double glass insulated windows made of it is only 2.69W/(m2K). The data shows that the energy-saving performance of fiberglass doors and windows is very obvious.

(3) Adapt to environmental requirements: The production process used for processing extruded profiles has the characteristics of low noise, high efficiency, low power consumption, and low pollution, which is in line with relevant national environmental requirements.

(4) High hot deformation temperature: The hot deformation temperature of extruded profiles is 186 ℃, which does not soften at high temperatures and remains brittle at -60 ℃, ensuring normal use at various environmental temperatures.

(5) Low deformation rate: After 1000 hours of manual accelerated aging, the length of fiberglass extruded profiles changes to+0.03%, and the width change rate is -0.07%. Therefore, several shapes and scales of the products made from this extruded profile can be kept stable for a long time.

(6) High strength: The tensile strength of extruded profiles is 150-300MPa, and the flexural strength can reach 200-300MPa. After 1000 hours of artificial accelerated aging, the flexural strength preservation rate can reach 78%.
