Regarding the installation of the fiberglass grille in the car wash room, we need to first carry out the cutting operation of the fiberglass grille.

1. Reasonably cut and process the grille according to the scale and device requirements, in order to achieve maximum economic benefits without affecting the intrinsic performance of the grille. Cutting the end face requires resin coating processing to ensure its corrosion resistance is not affected.

A. Cutting:

Linear cutting: Fiberglass grilles can be cut on-site using ceramic discs or diamond disc cutters, and can even be cut with a general steel saw blade.

Curved cutting: Grid openings, arcs, and other curved cutting can be done using electric saws or hacksaws equipped with metal cutting blades.

B. Drilling:

Holes over 12mm can be drilled with general drilling machine Fried Dough Twists drill.

Small holes can be drilled using portable electric hole processing tools or general hand electric drills.

C. Polishing:

Handheld angle grinder, grinding wheel machine, general file, and sandpaper can be used for polishing.

Note:

a. This information cannot be turned or tapped.

b. Arbitrary cutting will not alter the mechanical properties of the grille, nor will it cause scattering or other consequences.

2. Safety measures: Before cutting and processing, operators should wear protective goggles and masks to prevent objects from splashing into the eyes and reduce dust inhalation; Wear gloves and work clothes to prevent dust from entering the skin and causing allergies; Choose a place with excellent ventilation and bright lighting for cutting; Before cutting, all electric tools should be checked for completeness and safety.

After completing the cutting operation of the fiberglass grating, preparation work for the device should also be carried out.

Mainly prepare from the following points:

1. Prepare the floor with a slope for easy drainage.

2. Use eight or five bricks to build the parking space flat (using a single grid beam)

3. Reserve a mud and sand accumulation pool

4. The distance from the middle to the middle of the bearing beam is 30cm, the width is about 10cm, the length is self determined, and the height is about 7cm. The distance between the beams is 1.2 meters. Remove a brick and leave a gap for water to flow

5. Be sure to use high grade cement and reserve a main drainage ditch around the other side

6. After the beam is completely cured, the grid can be laid according to the cut size or as a whole board, and fixed with M fasteners and internal expansion screws. C-shaped fasteners can be used to fix each adjacent grid board. The grid is divided into two sides, with the sliding surface facing upwards or the rough surface facing upwards

7. The grille can be polished into a slope or welded with an iron plate to create a slope

8. The grille is made of mustard resin (Fulin, Jiangsu) and alkali free fiberglass (Jushi Group)

9. The car washing profession generally uses a 38mm thick fiberglass grille, which is generally gray in color, and yellow, green, etc. can also be used.
