1. Cutting method for tree grates:
(1) Measure the length, size, and diameter of the tree pit;
(2) Splice the tree grate together with two boards. If the size of your tree pit is 1 * 1, then you need 0.5 * 1 boards to be spliced together;
(3) If the diameter of the tree is 20 centimeters, it is necessary to cut a 20 * 30 centimeter cut along the central position of 1 meter on a 0.5 * 1 board, and splice them together to ensure that the box size in the middle of the tree grate is 30 * 30 centimeters.
It is best to cut along the grid wall when cutting tree holes, which can cut off the edges and make it look better.
2. Installation method of tree grates:
(1) There should be sufficient clearance between the edge of the tree pond grate and the pond wall during installation. Be careful to leave a slightly larger hole in the middle of the tree, as the tree still needs to grow.
(2) The bottom of the tree pond grate should be truly leveled.
(3) Due to sinking, the new tree pit needs to be checked and filled in a timely manner to prevent the lattice body of the tree pond from hanging.
(4) After installing the tree grate, pay attention to being parallel to the ground of the pedestrian walkway to avoid unsafe behaviors such as tripping over pedestrians while walking.
When installing, you can choose to combine two or four grille panels, with a tree hole in the middle. The grilles are connected by fasteners or screws for easy installation and maintenance. And during the installation of the tree grate, there is no need to use large lifting equipment, and only a few people are needed to complete the installation process, which greatly reduces the installation cost.
