1. Polishing: When the fiberglass grating comes out of the mold, the upper surface has grooves with a thickness of about 1mm-2mm. Therefore, after being polished by a polishing machine, the upper surface will be polished flat or the grooves will not be very obvious. The groove itself does not bear weight, and if not polished, it will become less neat and unsightly after being pressed by heavy objects in the later stage. So, the polishing effect is better.
2. Repair: Not all fiberglass grilles are very smooth on the surface after they come out of the mold. Due to issues such as resin and filler ratio, raw materials, and color paste, there may be pores on the surface of fiberglass grating, such as pinhole size. This requires technical personnel to prepare the resin material and repair it with a scraper.
3. Spray painting: Spray painting is due to the rough repair, color difference, or insufficient brightness of the fiberglass grille surface. Spray the varnish and color paste in a certain proportion onto the surface of the fiberglass grating with a spray gun, but be careful to spray evenly.
4. Packaging: The packaging of ordinary fiberglass grilles requires cardboard and bandages to be used for packaging, which looks beautiful and prevents damage during transportation.
Safety measures during the cutting and processing of fiberglass grating:
1. Before cutting and processing, operators should wear protective goggles and masks to prevent objects from splashing into the eyes and reduce dust inhalation;
2. Wear gloves and work clothes to prevent dust from entering the skin and causing allergies;
3. Choose a well ventilated and well lit place to stop cutting;
4. Before cutting, all electrical cutting tools should be checked for completeness and safety.
