The coloring of fiberglass grilles is achieved through the fusion of color paste and materials. Unlike other products, the coloring of fiberglass grilles can maintain bright colors for a long time, which is environmentally friendly and economical. Fiberglass grating panels are classified by color: red, orange, yellow, green, red, blue, purple, white, etc., covering all visible color systems. According to different processes, they can be divided into two types: pouring and extrusion molding.
Extrusion molding can be divided into the following three forms:
Connection process: extruded into cylindrical mesh profiles to connect the mesh between the grids
Stress profile: mainly in a T-shape, directly extruded by machines
Partition profile: Through this profile, the gap between the grid and the grid is controlled
Separate from the above two profiles and fix them into a qualified mesh through bonding.
Fiberglass grating double-layer air: In many corrosive workshops, such as pulp mill refining workshop, electroplating workshop, etc. The conventional operation method is for the operator, waste, residue, and waste liquid to be in the same air, which is inconvenient and can easily cause damage to the anti-corrosion air. Unlike the concept of physical air, the double-layer grille air, that is, the upper layer is a fiberglass grille, and the lower layer is the bottom air of the building.
The operator walks on the surface of the grid, and waste products can be placed on the surface of the grid, while waste liquid and residue can be discharged into the lower substrate air. After the operation is completed, it can be rinsed with a powerful water sprayer to clear the accumulated materials in the air, making it convenient for operators and management personnel to inspect on site.
