The entire operation process of fiberglass grating, including processing and production, cutting and packaging, fixing the device, and final inspection and testing. These four processes constitute the entire process from production to application of fiberglass grating panels. The following is a detailed introduction to the fixation of fiberglass grating panels.

There are two main methods for fixing fiberglass grating panels:

The first method: adhesive method

This fixing method is rarely used, as fiberglass grating panels are commonly used in industrial production, and the adhesive method has a poor fixing effect. Generally, in some public places, the use of adhesive method in appreciation is for the sake of overall beauty.

Second method: fastener fixation method

The fastener fixing method is the most common and effective fixing method, and the detailed fixing method varies in different situations and environments.

In the car wash:

There are several concrete stone piers installed under the car wash tank, and the installation of a single car wash drainage plate is relatively simple. The grid plate can be fixed on the stone piers using "Ji" type fasteners and screws. If all the car wash troughs are connected together, the connection between the two grille panels needs to be fixed together on a stone pier. First, use concave fasteners to fix the two grille panels together, and then use "several" type fasteners to separate and fix the two on the stone pier.

At the chemical plant:

The fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) used in chemical plants is most commonly used as an operating channel for construction operations on the channel. So the stability of the fiberglass grating operation channel has also become a crucial issue. As mentioned in the previous chapters, the operation channel mainly consists of four structures: stairs, brackets, bearing surfaces, and guardrails. The connection point between them has also become the key to the stability of the entire channel. The primary fastener used for the connection between the staircase and the bearing bracket is the channel steel, which fixes the square tube on the staircase inside the channel steel, and then fixes the channel steel on the bracket. Secondly, it serves as the load-bearing surface for the fiberglass grating plate and the fixation between the surrounding brackets and the transverse support brackets. Separate and use various types of fasteners for fixation.

In order to ensure the stability of the entire operation channel, a certain amount of stabilization methods, such as the triangle principle, need to be selected based on the stability principle. After the operation of the channel device is completed, a series of tests are required to ensure its normal operation
