There are three main types of production processes for fiberglass grilles: reciprocating fiber wrapping process, continuous fiber wrapping process, and centrifugal casting process.

Reciprocating fiber wrapping process (classified as fixed length method): In this process, the impregnation tank moves back and forth with the rolling core mold, and the long fiber glass fiber is placed at a certain angle relative to the core mold axis. The auxiliary angle (i.e. the wrapping angle) is controlled by the ratio of the movement speed of the impregnation tank to the core mold speed, and the translational motion of the impregnation tank is controlled by computerized mechanical and electrical control. Gradually increase the number of surrounding layers until reaching the designed wall thickness. After the wrapping is completed, the resin in the product is completely cured. After solidification, remove the core mold from the fiberglass reinforced plastic.

Continuous fiber wrapping process (referred to as continuous method): This process involves the tube passing through a feeding station that supplies resin pre impregnated untwisted coarse yarn, short cut fiberglass fiber, and resin sand mixture during movement. The tube is made while the core mold is continuously moving.

Centrifugal casting process (classified as fixed length method): In this process, blocked glass fiber reinforced materials and sand are fed into a steel mold fixed on the bearing. Unsaturated resin with catalyst is injected into one end of the steel mold to impregnate the reinforced materials. Under the effect of centrifugal force, the resin replaces the air in the fibers and fillers, and then produces a fine and dense composite material without pores. Due to the effect of centrifugal force, the inner wall of the pipe forms a smooth and smooth inner surface layer containing resin, and the pipe solidifies at higher temperatures. The tube made by this method is also known as fiberglass sand filled tube.

Fiberglass grating has high strength, corrosion resistance, aging resistance, and a long service life of about 40-50 years.
