1. Corrosion resistant and rust resistant
Fiberglass extruded profiles have excellent corrosion resistance and are capable of withstanding corrosion from various gas and liquid media such as acids, alkalis, organic solvents, and salts to varying degrees. They do not rust. Depending on the type of media and temperature requirements in practical applications, there are options available for selection, such as ortho benzene, meta benzene, and vinyl based types.
2. Lightweight and high-strength
The fiberglass profiles formed by the extrusion process have a very high content of fiberglass (over 60%), making their unidirectional specific strength and stiffness appropriately outstanding. After being damaged by impact, the fiberglass barrier will not be brittle. The density of fiberglass is only about a quarter of that of steel, and it is lightweight and easy to transfer, thereby reducing transfer costs.
3. Anti fatigue
Fiberglass extruded profiles have high fatigue resistance, allowing for repeated twists and turns without any visible changes.
4. Bright colors
Fiberglass extruded profiles are manufactured by distributing pigments into resin, and the product colors can be freely distributed according to customer requirements. They are not easy to fade, do not require paint protection, and have a self-cleaning effect. Has outstanding visual effects and a certain level of vigilance.
5. Anti aging, long service life
Add anti UV agents to the formula to achieve the best anti UV effect.
Fiberglass pultruded profiles have obvious functional advantages, with outstanding corrosion resistance, aging resistance and insulation.
