Fiber reinforced rebar is a new type of composite material that uses high-strength glass fiber, basalt fiber, etc. as reinforcement materials, synthetic resin and auxiliary agents as matrix materials, and is formed by pultrusion process.
Mainly includes “glass fiber reinforced rebar” and “basalt fiber reinforced rebar”. (Φ3mm~Φ32mm)
The characteristics of fiber reinforcement rebar
Light weight: only 1/4 of the same volume of steel rebar; Density is between 1.5-1.9 (g/cm3).
Strong corrosion resistance: corrosion resistance of chemicals such as acid and alkali and resist the corrosion of chloride ions and low pH solutions, especially the corrosion resistance of carbon compounds and chlorine compounds.
Easy to cut and convenient for construction: The cutter head can be cut directly, and various standard and non-standard parts with different sections and lengths can be produced according to user requirements. Non-metallic tension bands can be used for on-site binding, which is simple to operate.
Strong binding force of concrete: The thermal expansion coefficient is closer to cement than steel, so it has stronger binding force with concrete.
Strong designability: stable elastic modulus. The dimension is stable under thermal stress, and the bending and other shapes can be arbitrarily thermoformed; it has good safety performance, non-conducting, non-conducting, flame-retardant and anti-static, and it will not produce sparks when colliding with metal by changing the formula.
Strong magnetic permeability: This material is a non-magnetic material, and it does not need to be demagnetized in non-magnetic or electromagnetic concrete components.
